About the Role

As Chief of Modality, Breast Imaging at Jones Radiology, you will provide the highest level of clinical and technical expertise within the Breast Imaging team, ensuring patients receive safe, accurate and timely care across mammography, breast ultrasound and interventional procedures. This role is responsible for resolving complex cases and equipment issues, training and developing staff, and overseeing day-to-day rostering, bookings and billing operations.

You'll report to the Modality Manager, with the 2IC Chief of Modality, Breast Imaging reporting to this role.

A typical day might include:

• Performing and overseeing VABs, stereotactic and hookwire localisations, and carbon track marking
• Performing MRI-guided breast biopsies and providing expert breast ultrasound services, including MRI/CEM follow-ups, core biopsies, FNAs, hookwires and carbon tracks
• Mentoring and upskilling junior and existing staff through supervision, case review and feedback
• Acting as the primary contact for radiologist concerns relating to the modality, and liaising with management and admin teams to resolve issues
• Overseeing day-to-day rostering, bookings and billing operations for the team

Key Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Medical Radiation Science, Diagnostic Radiography or Sonography

• Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry

• Certificate of Mammographic Practice

• Demonstrated expert-level experience in breast imaging, including mammography, breast ultrasound and interventional breast procedures

• Extensive experience in VABs, MRI and CEM follow-up imaging, core biopsies, FNAs, hookwire localisations and carbon track marking

• Proven ability to train, supervise and mentor staff

• Proficiency in Visage and InteleViewer, with strong working knowledge of bookings and billing processes

• Demonstrated ability to manage rostering and resourcing decisions that balance staff skills, radiologist requirements and patient needs

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including resolving radiologist concerns professionally

• Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain

About the Role 

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sonographer who is committed to delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

You will enjoy the flexibility of working across a group of clinics in either the Central or South of Adelaide. Occasional weekend shifts may be required (depending on the clinic), with the option to pick up additional shifts based on your availability and preferences.

In this role, you will:

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound scans with a strong focus on image quality and patient care
• Collaborate closely with Radiologists and healthcare professionals to support accurate and timely diagnoses
• Guide patients through their procedures, ensuring comfort and clarity throughout

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO on a day-to-day basis, with a direct line to the Board, you will serve as the primary source of legal advice and counsel for our executive leadership team and Board. Key Responsibilities

You will oversee Jones Radiology's legal function, managing external legal advisers while providing commercially focused advice on contracts, employment matters and regulatory obligations across Medicare, AHPRA and TGA requirements. Working closely with our People Services team, you will support employment law and workplace matters, and act as lead counsel on any M&A, financing or corporate structuring work as it arises.

As Company Secretary, you will administer our Board and committee processes end to end, including agendas, minutes and ASIC lodgements, ensuring our governance record meets the highest standard and that the Board is well supported in discharging its responsibilities.

This is not a role limited to contract review and administrative oversight. We are seeking a senior legal professional confident operating at Board and executive level, capable of communicating clearly and credibly with clinicians, executives and directors alike.

About You

• Admitted to legal practice in Australia, with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law
• 8+ years of post-admission experience, gained in-house, in private practice, or across both
• Experience within healthcare, radiology or another highly regulated industry is highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience as a Company Secretary, having run Board and committee processes end to end
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate legal issues into clear, practical advice for a non-legal audience
• Confident providing advice on employment law, privacy and data protection matters
• A track record of leading legal work on mergers, acquisitions, divestments or restructures, from due diligence through to completion
• Familiarity with corporate debt and financing arrangements, including facility agreements, security documentation and covenant reporting
• A solid understanding of the Corporations Act, ASIC obligations and what strong corporate governance looks like in practice
• Working knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment, including Medicare, AHPRA and TGA requirements

About the Role

As a Patient Account Services Officer at Jones Radiology, you will be an essential part of our Accounts Team, supporting patients, referrers, clinics and third-party payers. This role is about much more than managing accounts. It is about making a real difference for people by providing clear, professional and compassionate guidance on billing, Medicare inquiries and account management.

This is a role for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working as part of a supportive and collaborative team. You do not need prior experience in medical accounts or Medicare billing, as full training will be provided. What matters most is your professional approach, willingness to learn and commitment to providing patient-focused service.

A typical day might include:

• Speaking with patients and referrers over the phone to answer questions, explain billing details and provide support with outstanding accounts

• Assisting clinics with Medicare billing inquiries, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and accurately

• Monitoring accounts, managing aged debts professionally and ensuring payments are receipted or followed up efficiently

• Collaborating closely with internal teams, supporting colleagues and providing backup during peak periods

• Maintaining accurate records, managing incoming correspondence and keeping the working environment organised and professional

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain billing and account information clearly to patients, referrers and third-party payers

About the Role

We are looking for people with a calm, professional and customer-focused style to join Jones Radiology’s Central Bookings Contact Centre in Eastwood. As a Patient Bookings Consultant, you will play an important role in helping patients access the care they need across Jones Radiology’s network of clinics and specialist imaging services. You will be one of the first points of contact for patients, clinics and hospitals, providing clear, accurate and professional support over the phone.

This is more than a standard contact centre role. You will help patients book medical imaging appointments, answer enquiries, navigate important information and identify the best next step in their healthcare journey. Each call is an opportunity to provide calm, reassuring and efficient service during what may be an important or uncertain time for the patient.

You will work in a structured, supportive and fast-paced environment, managing a steady volume of calls while using multiple systems and following established processes. The role will suit someone who is warm and professional, confident with technology, quick to problem-solve and able to balance patient care with accuracy, focus and pace.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Answer inbound calls and web requests from patients, referrers and other healthcare professionals
• Book and schedule a range of medical imaging appointments
• Provide clear information with care, patience and professionalism
• Accurately enter and update patient information across multiple systems
• Use internal knowledge resources to find accurate information and resolve enquiries
• Help identify the best next step for each patient or referrer
• Manage calls efficiently while maintaining a high-quality patient experience
• Work within established processes, service standards and contact centre expectations

What You Can Expect

• A full-time role based in Eastwood
• Rotating weekday shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• One Saturday shift per month, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with applicable overtime rates

About You

You may have experience in a contact centre, healthcare, administration, reception, retail, hospitality or customer service environment. Previous medical or radiology experience is not essential. More important is your ability to learn, use systems confidently, communicate clearly and provide a consistently high standard of service.

About the Role

Join our People Services team as a Recruitment & Talent Specialist and help shape how Jones Radiology attracts and hires great people.

You'll lead recruitment end to end across the business, from specialised technical roles like radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists and registered nurses, through to senior corporate and leadership appointments. You'll also lead our graduate radiographer program, working closely with modality leaders and senior stakeholders.

With a Recruitment Officer reporting to you, you'll set priorities, oversee their work and coach them as they grow, while partnering with leaders across the business.

Alongside that, you'll also be:

• Designing sourcing and attraction strategies that work in a competitive market

• Advising leaders on role requirements and market conditions

• Building hiring manager capability in interviewing and selection, so decisions are consistent and fair

• Overseeing recruitment processes, including pre-employment checks and onboarding

• Personally delivering induction for every new starter, presenting on day one and making sure their first experience of Jones Radiology is a good one

• Strengthening our processes, templates and recruitment reporting

• Managing relationships with job boards, agencies and our ATS provider

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment advisor or talent acquisition role
• Bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Strong end to end recruitment capability across sourcing, assessment, interviewing and onboarding
• A track record of building recruitment strategies for key and critical roles
• Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders, with the judgement to know when to push back
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Expr3ss!) and recruitment platforms
• Excellent organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
• Clear, warm communication, written and verbal
• Be organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, or be willing to obtain them
