About the Roles

Two exciting Area Manager opportunities have become available at Jones Radiology, offering real scope to shape the way our clinics operate and the experience we deliver to patients and communities across South Australia and Alice Springs. 

Both roles report to the Head of Operations and are based primarily at our Eastwood Head Office, with regular travel to the clinics in your portfolio.

Two opportunities are available:

• Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region (2-Year Fixed Term): Leading clinics across Mt Barker, Summitt, Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Kangaroo Island, Gawler and Angaston.
• Country / North Region (Permanent): Leading clinics across Port Lincoln, Ceduna, Port Augusta, Alice Springs/Tennant Creek, Whyalla, Wallaroo, Munno Para and Modbury.

As an Area Manager, you will drive the operational performance of your clinic portfolio, lead and develop your teams, and foster a culture where people feel supported to do their best work. You will build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and play a key part in delivering outstanding care to the communities we serve.

Key Requirements

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple clinic locations.
  Strong knowledge of radiology operations, clinical workflows and patient care standards.
• Skilled in operational, financial and compliance management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement and change management.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
