About the Role

We are seeking registrations of interest from experienced Sonographers to join our dynamic teams that will:

  • Provide high-quality, accurate ultrasound imaging services to referrers and patients by professional, ethical and industry quality standards. 
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
  • Deliver the best possible patient care and service.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills, expertise, and self-capabilities and keep well-informed of advancements in imaging and technology.
  • Work in Hospital and outpatient clinics servicing inpatient, outpatient and emergency referrals.
  • Predominantly work 8:30am - 5:00pm with occasional shifts outside normal hours.

Clinic Regions Breakdown:

  • Central: St Andrews, Calvary Adelaide, Stepney, 337 South Terrace, Burnside
  • North: Munno Para, Prospect, Modbury, Gawler, Angaston Hospital
  • South: SSC, Seaford Meadows, Kurralta Park
  • Hills: Mt Barker Druids Clinic, Mt Barker Hospital
  • Regional: Pt Augusta, Whyalla, Wallaroo, Ceduna, Pt Lincoln, Victor Harbor

 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Eligible for ASAR registration and relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sonographer; General, MSK, Obstetrics, Vascular. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel.
  • Ability to perform medical imaging ultrasound examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standard or above.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of Jones Radiology.
  • Available to contribute to Weekend work and on-call.
