Your main focus will be coordinating the student training program, making sure learning is practical, consistent and high quality. You will also work closely with the ultrasound leadership team to support and develop qualified staff. This role is ideal for an experienced Sonographer who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example. Previous tutoring or training experience is important. While formal education qualifications are not required, a willingness to continue learning and build teaching skills is highly valued. You will travel between sites to stay connected with teams and provide hands-on support. This is a great opportunity to help shape the next generation of Sonographers while continuing to practise at a high standard. Key Requirements - Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
- Extensive clinical experience as a Sonographer.
- Demonstrated experience in tutoring, training and supervising Sonographers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
