About the Role

Jones Radiology is entering a period of significant transformation, including implementing a new ERP platform across the business. As our Systems Accountant, you will lead the finance stream of this implementation and help modernise our financial systems.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will act as the bridge between Finance and IT, overseeing requirements, system design, data migration, testing, and go-live. You’ll ensure strong financial controls are embedded and that systems support accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient month-end processes.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys improving systems, driving efficiency, and delivering practical solutions that support business performance.

Key Requirements

You are commercially minded, technically capable and confident operating at both strategic and operational levels.

• CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent finance systems experience

• Experience in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation

• Strong understanding of financial controls and system architecture

• Advanced Excel and accounting systems capability

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex systems concepts in clear, business-friendly language

• Experience in multi-entity, compliance, or regulated/healthcare environments (highly regarded)
